New MHZ-WREN Marine Gasturbine
After producing the first MTT Marine Gasturbine prototypes, MHZusa has joined forces with Miniature Gasturbine powerhouse WREN from the UK. Under an exclusive agreement, MHZ and WREN are jointly developing a new marine gasturbine with a 54mm compressor and 74mm power turbine which boasts a gearbox and output speeds around 23.000 RPM. Exhaust gas temperatures are around 575F to 680 F. Power output of this kerosene-burning turbine will be around 8.5 hp in a 5.5 lb package. Automatic startup sequencing and operation of the engine is computer controlled. Exhaust configurations will be available for mono as well as hydros. Pricing is expected around the $8000 mark."

Better stick to the good ol` Zenoah...
